The commands you may want to use as a bugreporter:

To create a new issue:
create <issuetype> <issue brief description>
Example: create bugreport my lightning breath doens't work

Before creating an issue, read help on rules for creating an issue.

To look for the list of existing issues:
ls [[my] | [issuetype] | [issuestate]]
Example: ls my

To see an issue:
cd <issue number>
Example: cd 1
